what’s so great about the v rocker euro sound gaming chair?
Posted by: | CommentsI mean what is a gaming chair and what makes it so great
Well, I haven’t actually used one yet, but it is a chair that can be connected to game systems, music players, etc. I bought one for a friend for Christmas because it seemed like a perfect gift (why I haven’t used it – its in a box still). The convenience can be the personal speaker system, while sitting in a chair. Better stereo sound than just a TV. I mostly got it for my friend because they have an mp3 player and always are doing homework while listening to music – this way they can sit on this chair and have their own sound system. So I don’t know if it would work for you, but that is why I got it.

What exactly is a gaming chair?
Posted by: | Commentsi just wanted to know because my sis is getting me one for christmas.
You’re in for a treat. A gaming chair is a ergonomicallly designed chair made specially for a gaming and handheld-holding position. Of course you won’t be playing Wii games on it, but its still VERY effective to sit in and "experience" it.
If you’re getting the better ones, they have built-in speakers, so the sound comes out from the chair, and most of them have built-in dynamic motion-and-sound sensors as well, i.e., the chair will move, vibrate and rotate depending on whatever you do on the game. You can manuallu turn these off and they also come with headphones.
I have one and its pretty amazing! I always game in my gaming chair, especially games like Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3. =)

Posted by: | CommentsI have a cable and attachment which allows the red and white cable to change to one output but it has broke and i dont know what its called or where to find it. any ideas? its for the audio. thanks
take a knife and cut the wires in half, then go to radioshack with the end you need, and buy it, then cut 1/2 inch of coating off the end of the wires, insert them into the plug, and secure them with tabs, aligator clips, solder… etc. then plug and play.

The wires seem to be too short – any ideas?? There is really no way that we can extend them from the X Box 360 to the chair (we have a TV wall unit). Thanks!!
Hi. I was having a problem connecting my PS2 to the Audio X Rocker using the diagram in the instructions. The diagram doesn’t make it clear (well I don’t think it does anyway) that if you connect your game console to the TV with an AV/RCA cable you need to connect the two audio plugs (the red and white ones) to the chair RCA plug cable using the included female to female plug adapters (they were included in my UK chair, not sure if they are in Canada). The yellow video plug stays in the TV.
Does that help you at all?
Extra note:
Try this:
If your games console attaches to your TV with AV leads
1. Leave the yellow lead where it is (i.e. plugged into the TV)
2. Remove the red and white leads from the TV and plug each of them into an adapter (the adapters came with my chair, not sure if they come with every chair, on the accessories list they are called B3 – RCA female – to – female plug adapter (2 pcs)).
3. Plug the audio lead that comes with the chair (on the accessories list as B1 – RCA stereo to 3.5 mm stereo plug cable (1pc))into the chair, then plug the white and red leads of that lead into the other ends of the adapters.
The way I figured it out is: The sound comes from the game console not the TV so you have to plug the game console audio leads into the chair. This is impossible as the leads are too short so you need to extend them. You do this with the adapters and the chair lead.
Does that make it easier, if not I’ll try to explain it again. My husband’s chair is now working fine with his PS2, PSP and MP3 player.
EDIT: Glad to be of help. I couldn’t find the answer anywhere on the internet either (I spent most of Christmas Day morning looking!). I hope your Xbox 360 is all connected up and working fine now. I am going to write to Xrocker to suggest they make their diagrams a bit more helpful. Merry Christmas.
